Since 2001, the industry barometer has been providing an overview of the full-service Internet agencies with the highest sales in the German digital market. The ranking is initiated by the Federal Association of the Digital Economy (BVDW) in cooperation with iBusiness, Horizont and W&V. The position of the competitors on the market is listed according to size based on the fee turnover and the number of employees. The list serves as a guide for companies to find a suitable Internet agency for them. This year, 159 agencies took part in the internet agency ranking. The total fee revenue of the participants adds up to 2.765 billion euros. The TOP 10 agencies alone generated 1.202 billion euros of this.
In addition to the listing, a trend analysis is being prepared that lists the developments in the digital economy on topics such as AI, hybrid work and social commerce. This made it clear, for example, how relevant challenges and solutions regarding digital transformation still are for customers and in customer projects.
