The speed of technological progress is enormous. What is new today is everyday life in tomorrow's world and what was impossible yesterday is feasible today. Our drive is not only to understand media and touchpoints, but to exploit and expand their possibilities. Our goal is the digitalisation of your sales processes and the resulting opportunities for you. Based on 3D data models, we design and produce content for established media and create solutions, also for new channels such as AR and VR. Our developers go one step further in the process. On our way to perpetually improving performances, we evaluate existing technologies, combine them anew, use them differently, develop them further and create our own. This is how we perfect the familiar and research and experiment with new things. Always with the goal of making the known more efficient and the unknown possible.

Mobile real-time vehicle visualiser

At a time when there was no iPad, we developed an iPhone 3D Real-time Visualiser for the entire Rolls-Royce model portfolio that reflected the brand’s absolute premium claim. Later, it was also available as an iPad app and was only removed from the App Store in 2017. A retention of value time that impressively shows how far this Visualiser was ahead of its time.

Gesture control 1.0

With infrared cameras and semi-transparent displays, we developed a media installation which the users could control with their bodies and gestures. This was long before the first gesture controls came onto the market. The fascination of this means of handling not only captivated the audience in the Volkswagen flagship store in Hong Kong but later prepared the way for unbelievable sales figures for other devices, such as the Xbox Kinect.

Augmented Reality as a sales tool
What does my roof look like with solar panels? How does the winter garden match my house? Questions that were easily answered with the Schüco AR app. When the term ‘Augmented Reality’ was still largely unknown and Google Tango, Google Core or Apple AR did not exist, our team already made this groundbreaking AR sales app a reality.

Virtual Reality
As early as 2014, we produced the first VR case intended for end customers. With cardboard screens sent via a mailing, the customer could take a virtual seat in an Audi and even take a test drive. Simple compared to today’s VR applications, it was groundbreaking at the time.

A photographic-realistic on-line visualiser that can display 16.7 million colours. Embedded in a responsive micro-site created by us, which presents the Opel Exclusive product portfolio, the user can create their vehicle in a truly personal colour tone. To do this, they can take a photograph, pick out a colour from it – such as the eye colour of their partner – and the vehicle is displayed in an impressive 4K resolution in the corresponding colour. Numerous awards not only reflect the visual quality of this work, but also show respect for the innovative handling of product communication.

The world’s first unreal-based layer tool in production for the most complex requirements. Our development made it possible within the AVP of Audi Business Innovation to provide content for layer-based configurators. A novelty in efficiency by eliminating duplicate processes, accelerating production times and saving budgets. Furthermore, a milestone for the single-source approach, following which all touchpoints are served from one data source with one real-time engine for the first time.
